LOL...

We have some neighbors that should be nominated. Instead, people in the community painted "MOW GRASS" to a piece of cardboard and stapled it to a tree in the yard. Unfortunately, the grass is now mowed and the yard still looks awful. Perhaps I'll submit a nomination!
