My husband and I were recently relocated by his company to the Summerville/N Chas area and we are in need of finding a good dentist. Would you be able to help us out in recommending some places to try? Thanks so much!

Dr. Carrie Niemann...hands down. I am such a chicken when it comes to dentists and she and her staff are wonderful. Very gentle, never had a bad experience. I am very picky when it comes to dentists and I will never stray from her office. I recommend her to everyone who asks, and even some who don't.

Dr. Traci Lennon in Summerville - she's very thorough. Located on Pine St. by 78. Her staff is so personable it feels like family. But I'm afraid as much as we liked the office, Dr. Lennon can be pricey, so just a heads up.

Do not go anywhere near Dr. James Andrews on Trolley Rd in Summerville. This man ruined my teeth, and I'm only 21 years old. I now have to get 2 teeth pulled and 2 crowns due to the poor dental work I received at this location.

Almost went with Dr Beavers, but opted for Dr. Andrews because he was able to get me in the next day (root canal). Had a very positive experience there. Thanks to all who gave their recommendations. And thanks to the oral sedation, I didn't remember much of anything!
