We saw the new infill neighborhood Hunley Waters in North Charleston the other day; it looks nice from the outside, but it was later in the day when we visited and the gates were locked. Does anyone have the low-down on this neighborhood? From what I could see, though it's scheduled to have deep water access, would this allow for a larger boat to access the river? I'm curious as well about the surrounding areas.
