Default Anyone from Denver or the Rocky Mountain area

Hi. I'm a single woman in my mid-20s, looking for a change of environment. I grew up in Colorado and am currently living in Denver. I am thinking of moving to Charleston with in the next 6-9 months. Anyone from Denver or any other Rocky Mountain states who could give me some input on adapting to the southeast coast? I totally expect that it will be different, but that is part of why I am considering Charleston. Any other tips on moving would be greatly appreciated as well. Also, what is the single scene like, other than just going out to bars/clubs? I'm kind of over that scene.
Thanks!

I'm not from Denver but lived there for two years. The heat and humidity will certainly be different. It will be different to go from a city the size of Denver to a smaller town with a slower pace. If you rule out bar and clubs, the singles scene will vary depending upon your interests. With a medical school and two colleges in town, there are a number of people that would be in your age group though.

My wife lived in Vail for 15 years. We were out there last month. I can get you in touch with her if you would like her opinions. Send me a PM and I'll see to it.
