scary situation, i feel badly for the cop, for the woman, for the witnesses who had to see such a thing in broad daylight at a busy intersection...and especially the children in the cars near bye who watched a police officer fire a weapon into someone's car.

If several seconds passed like you said, then you have answered your own question. She did not comply with what she was told to do. She paid the consequences.

Officers are trained to stop the aggressive action. By not complying she was aggressive. While you may have been in close proximity, you couldn't see in the car to see what was being done or said. It makes perfect sense what happened.

The way the SC law was written, I haven't looked at it recently, is that is the other state honors SC's CWCP then SC will honor theirs.

Rocky D is talking about this on WTMA 1250, They released her name, Jaquelin Stewart, she has an 11 page rap sheet and 10 different alliases.

The Police officer shot her tires first that explains the time between the shots.

Nope, and I'm not complaining about it. There's nothing wrong with hardliners.

Ok, didn't want you to think I was wishy washy or a flip flopper.....

Someone once told me that I should have been a cop, I told him I wouldn't make it, I would have too high of a body count....
