I was wondering when this would start...Two storms in the Atlantic making their way towards the East Coast...Florida is the early target (imagine that) ...

Bill is gaining strength pretty rapidly. Looks like Anna is dying quickly, but we've seen that change before. #3 is heading straight up into Alabama, so we might just see some rain for that.

You can thank El Nino for the late start. Looks like a steady train of storms coming across Africa now. I think Bill is going to stay out to sea.

Don't worry.

Just know what you've got (elevation, distance from creeks, escape route, etc) and have a plan to react.

Be especially alert for any Cape Verde storms that veer into the Antilles.

That's where Hugo, Hazel, etc originated.
