Ok, remember though true, these are still statistics that are manipulated by anomalies.
When we lived in Cincinnati, specifically in the town of Wyoming, we skewed their statistics by enrolling our foster children (academically lacking) in a school district always in the top in the nation. When the SD couldn’t farm out our kids, the district took a dive in stats (high school grad class averaged 100, so 1 kid was 1%).
Wando follows this: high achieving, offset by way under-achieving, bringing down the stats. It's called diversity or "all of Mt. P put together". And that's why it's a great school.
