Question Riverland Terrace New Park

I live in Riverland Terrace and have heard rumors of a new park here. Well, a re-vamping of an old park. I don't know if it has a name, but there is an old, sort of abandoned looking park with a ball field, old basketball hoop and a large parking lot. I heard there were to be tennis courts and a dog park built. Does anyone know if this is really in the works??

I haven't heard of a park being renovated, but there is a nice little playground on Plymouth Rd., by the fire station and ball fields.

I think where you are referring to is the site of a former elementary school....what you described is all there is left of it.
