Spent 3 days at the NACA program in Los Angeles, Indy Bank, NACA and Fannie Mae all have different rules and it was difficult to get them all together. The NACA Rep finally made sense of it all and we were able to postpone the Auction Sale. Indy Bank, as of 10-3- 2010 now has modification money which they did not have before, according to the bank rep. Maybe other banks have gotten modification money and will be now able to help more people. It's a long haul and only a few people over the 3 days were able to testify of being helped big time. I heard of payments being lowered by $500 to $1000 and up to $50,000 reduction on balence. Those were rare. They are moving to Sacremento this weekend October 7th.
