Hey, they just built a big new Tanger outlet shopping center in Deer Park! Anyway, does anyone know what street the pool in Irongate is on? I know it has one but I can't find it on Google Earth or the other maps. Is the play park in the same area as the pool?
My wife and I live in Flushing right now and are going to be moving south. We are looking at Charleston, Savannah and the Raleigh area. WE have found a few nice places to rent (we are going to rent befroe buying wherever we end up). So, we have found what we have thought to be nice places (after reviews and photos/floorplans, etc). If you have anything to let us know about after having visit the area...that would be great. I am a Merchant Marine (Fort Schuyler, Bronx!), so I am not necessarily worried about being in close proximity to a job per se. I am really looking for a safe neighborhood and a nice community that is not in a shady area or a property that will screw its tennants. Some of the places we have narrowed down to are Beerksires on St Ive's Phase I, Berkshires at AShley River, Windsor Club at Wescott Plantation (we like this one), Farmington Village, Woodfield Southpoint, Shadowmoss Pointe, and The Tradition at Summerville. If any of you have seen any of these properties and have any opinions, My wife and I would love to hear them. we are 32 adn 29 years old and not necessarily looking for schools jsut yet...but starting off on the right foot down there isn't a bad idea!
I appreciate any and all advice!
Thanks,
Bill and Michelle
