Default The Isle of Palms HD Video

Today was so pleasant and clear that I was out again shooting hd video for my clients and would like to share some of the video I took at the Isle of Palms with forum members to show how lucky Charleston area residents are to have access to so many outdoor activities throughout the year. I have left the natural audio in instead of adding music to please one forum member who commented in one post that they thought the music was “silly” or words to that affect. The video is of Ocean Blvd on the Isle of Palms, the Coconut Joes, the Isle of Palms County Park and front beach on the Isle of Palms.

Glad to provide material to the forum that may give out of town residents a better feel for the Charleston area that we love so much. I appreciate the feedback.

I am sorry, but I do not. As the majority of homes that I sell and list are located in Mt. Pleasant and my real estate web sites focus on this town, I have restricted my video taping to the Mt. Pleasant area due to time constraints and ongoing real estate business. I have suggested on many occasions that the many Summerville residents who post here take the time to take photos of their area to share with forum members. One or two have done so, but for the most part, the Summerville area remains a visual mystery to most out of town readers.

Thank you so much for the video and the videos. I am from Charleston, and i miss it so very much... i am always trying to explain to my husband how lovely it is in Charleston. He is just not yet convinced. He is wanting to start his own family practice clinic, and right now we are in Houston. He just hasn't visited for longer than a weekend in my home. His patients adore him here, but he was thinking of moving his practice to the city. i hope to learn how i can share this video with him. He is also worried about the cost of living difference. He always tells me that in a place so lovely, there is probably no need for a family practice physician. Do you have any ideas or info that i can share with him? thanks, kd

I particularly like the song "Can one day change your life." which may be obvious by the number of videos I use it with. I find them useful on videos of subdivisions rather than videos of events and people where the voices and background noise help communicate the interaction of residents and the sense of the event and/or location.
