You must be great fun to be around with the attitude you have. I find people here to be just as friendly as anywhere I've ever been and definitely more accepting of everyone. As I said in a previous thread, I am a native Texan, but I find most of the state to be way behind the curve academically and culturally. The majority of the state is made up of small towns and most have a small town mentality. So, people work harder in Texas? Where'd you come up with that? How so? I see a lot of your "opinions" but that's all they are, your opinions because you are looking for everything wrong with this area to justify going back to Texas. How bitter you are. How exactly is everything "given" to people here? Yes, incomes are higher, but so is cost of living.

What exactly is "old and outdated"? Technologically, academically and intelligence wise, this area is ahead of just about everywhere in the country. And there are real statistics to back that up, not just opinions.

All you have done is b***h about what you think is wrong with VA, and all that is superior and holy about Texas. So, why not go to the Texas board and praise them instead.

This thread has gotten way off topic. You never said where you live. That could be your problem!

Hey, it's Fredricksburg:

It's located right where South Carolina meets-up with Arizona and North Dakota to form the Gulf of Mexico.

And they say Americans don't know simple geography.......................
