Never heard of it but it came up on a serach as being more in Monck's Corner. Monck's Corner is about 20 minutes further out from Summerville. It's about 40 minutes to the beach from Summerville, tack on another 20 and your looking at a good hour to the beach.

Cypress Point is a fairly new gated community on Hwy 176 in Berkeley County. It is about 20 minutes from downtown Summerville. The guy that developed the property lives in the subdivision. Nice large lots and nice houses.
