Default Utilities in Cane Bay

Hi everyone....Just curious about how much gas and electric bills are running out there. 2300 sq ft. We will have Berkley Co-op for electric and SCE&G for gas. Trying not to be too surprised when we get out there.
Thanks

Only been here a few months but we have around 3400sf and our electric has been average 250/275 a month. Gas has only been like 10 a month. Not using furnace yet and to help you out we are a family of 4 that isnt very energy conservant. Water and sewage is about 100 a month.

We've been there 2 yrs and the home is like 3,400 sq - its kinda gonna go like this

Gas > Summer months $15/20 ... Electric Summer $300+...Our highest was like $350...I keep the house cold and when sports are on, every TV in the house runs.

Fall/Winter - Gas typically between $150/225 ... Electric then falls off to around $125+ ... This is during football season and again EVERY TV is running ... I'm not in the running for energy conservationist of the year

Water/Sewer, DoBoy is right, around $100...$140 summer with irrigation running
