Default Tenant Database

We own a house and have bad issues with our tenants. They provided a clean background check with referrals but have been very bad in paying late and not letting me enter the premises.

I see several websites where you are to input bad tenants or search for existing applicants. Although they may have a clean credit and criminal check, they may be a bad tenant for various reasons.

I'm confused....you own a property, and the people renting will not let you enter...hmmm. I have a solution that involves an eviction notice and an add looking new tennets... Good Luck

I don't know about SC law, but in NC the landlord is required to give a 24 hour notice before any inspection of the property. If the landlord shows up & enters the property w/o giving notice, they are considered as trespassing and can be charged as such.
