Default Has anyone ever heard of Martains Creek Aptartments in Summerville?

Has Any one ever heard of Martians Creek apartments in Summerville ?If so what are your opinions on the Area and the Complex itself . We have to take an apartment sight unseen and don't want to make a bad choice . Our work schedules wont permit us to come in person before I transfer my job in August . If you don't recommend this complex , what would you recommend?

I read your post earlier and I rode through there for you while I was out since I was going right by there. The complex seems nice. It was well kept and manicured. There is a nice little fountain when you come through the entrance. I had never been back there before. It was nicer than I expected. Just by judging from what I saw from the exterior it seems like it would be fine. I am very picky too. The area it is located in off of Trolley Road is good too.

Thank You so Much , That was very nice of you . Its so hard when you can't actually go there your self to look . There are so many things to take in to consideration. The rent is so inexpensive compared to up here ( We live in Albany New York) I was a little scared that it wouldn't be a very nice complex. I really appreciate you taking a look for me .

I have lived in Martins Creek for over 6 months since moving down from the north. The manager is a very nice lady from New York. If you have a problem, she will take care of it. It's a quiet area. They allow dogs which is what attracted us. We will be looking for a house to rent soon, but have enjoyed our stay here. They are running a special right now on 2 BR I think. Check it out. The pictures on rent.com are very accurate. The fountain is close by our apartment. IF you have any other questions, please let me know.

Here is a link to an aerial view of Martin Creek Apartments which should also give you a good idea as to the surrounding area.
