, we will move to DWC or DWThe Haven outside of Hilton Head. The same model houses, with some differences in prices. You have to visit since they are not identical. Although we like DWC and the prices are lower, we do not like Summerville area. Yes, Charleston marketplace is 30 miles away but on a daily basis one's life is in Summerville. The ambiance is much nicer in Hilton Head-Bluffton, SC area. 17 miles to Savannah. Having said that, all DW retirement communities are the best for the money and set the standard as to facilities.
