Default Linnen Place-New Construction in Mount Pleasant under 300K

There is a new neighborhood coming in Mount Pleasant under 300K. New Construction under 300K has been hard to find in this area.

Just wanted to let anyone looking for a lower price point in Mt Pleasant to know about the neighborhood. I don't represent the neighborhood or work for the RE company that is marketing it.

Linnen Place

If their 1500 sqft house is in the mid 200K range, I wonder how much their largest 2200+ house is?

Ok, that isn't as bad as I thought it would be.

Interesting place as I just looked it over.

Depends on whether you want an new neighborhood or an established one to reside in.
Affordable which is nice to more people.

I told my wife... MP has a very nice range of housing.. from 100K to 3million+

As per Linnen Place a new development.... my wife found Watermark... higher in price but a new development as well. Building continues in MP.

My opinion to my wife.. I am not in favor of living in a new development.. would rather have an established neighborhood and ammenities and neighbors there as well who have been there. To each their own

Plus we both want housing above 17.
