Sunshine House or Stepping Stones?? (day care, preschool, live in)

We are new to the area and new to putting our 1 year old (turns 1 on 3/31) into daycare. I just toured both The Sunshine House and Stepping Stones facilities in Park West and like both. Is there anyone out there that can shed better "inside" help?? If not, any suggestions on where else to go? We need 3 days a week and affordable.

For day care they are both fine. For preschool look elsewhere. good babysitters not much teaching. Sunshine house is the least expensive.

I also looked at Starfish and Lighthouse. I also live in Park West.My children are 2 and 4 the rest are in school. I decided to wait another year and am keepig the kids home with me with an occasional sitter. Too many illnesses this year for me. I know someone who lives in Park west who is very reasonable and watches children at her home. DM me if you want the info.

Daniel Island Academy starts at 1 year. We love it.

Thank you both for the info!! I have since started inquiring at local churches for the Mother's Morning Out programs. These seemed to be booked until September.

I live in Park West and my 1 year old goes to The Childrens Center at Carolina Park. It's right across from Wando High and you can take the road next to ESAC to get there. They are wonderful! A little pricier than Sunshine House but it's worth it!
