My grandmother is looking for a rental in an active 55 and older commuinity.Does anyone have any suggestions.

we currently do not have "55 and older areas" However, they are building a Del Webb community here. Also in Park West ( Mount Pleasant) they are building a 55 and over community called - Somersby-that basically is a rental type because you do not have ownership in the property .
