Default Looking for a Montessori School

We are moving to Mt. Pleasant in the fall and are in search of a Montessori school for our youngest son who will be 4. He has been in Montessori for 2 years already. Does anyone here send their children to Montessori and are happy with it or can you recommend any other preschool in the area that you feel is great? Thanks for your help.

I completely understand your desire to continue your children's Montessori education. Both of my boys are Montessori pre-school graduates and I wish they had the opportunity to continue into elementary school, but, at the time, there wasn't one available. However, now there is an outstanding Montessori elementary school in Mt. Pleasant that is a public charter school. It is located in the I'On, which is one of the most attractive and desirable residential areas in Mt. Pleasant. It currently serves students in grades 1-8. Students qualify for admission through a lottery system. While your children may be too young now, it is not too early to begin gathering information and getting to know those who run the school. The school is also moving into a new, small scale, community school building this year. You may contact the school at:
