The tech park in South Charleston is getting ready to build a community tech center for about 15mil. It's not a huge project, but it will be good for the growing park, and attractive to major biotech and research firms!

I believe there was a federal grant that was given, plus the West Virginia Regional Technology Park is paying aswell. I also think the state matched a grant for the park.

Kanawha Valley Community and Tech College will be the building's main purpose.
