I could see a couple new restaurants and stores beside Home Depot in TV. Target would be awesome!

In other news, I know that they are building a Mattress Firm at Southridge Center as well as a Sam's Club fuel center. Just what we need is another mattress store

Red Robin does have some good burgers and I would rather have them in the area than 5 Guys.

New CVS store being built off Corridor G at Oakwood Road. This site was originally a proposed Walgreens, but later was switched to CVS. This has been stalled for a few years, but now is taking shape. This will be a good location for one.

New Taco Bell possible in Winfield. Not the greatest announcement of the year, but I'm sure the people in Winfield, Eleanor, and Buffalo will be excited.

Just got the word today that the new Five Guys in Teays Valley will be located between McDonalds and Wendy's just off the Teays Valley exit. It will be a stand alone store, currently a small, older building sits there.

Barboursville and Lewisburg are other areas that Five Guys are looking at to expand.

Sounds about right. This Teays Valley location will definitely be successful. Barboursville and Lewisburg are also logical locations. Princeton, Ripley, Elkins, Buckhannon, Clarksburg and Wheeling would also support a Five Guys IMO
