The four story building will be on Wahington Street. I must say the sketch looks really lame, but still Good News For sure

Yea, lame building design, looks like they are trying to add a faux French balcony? Oh well. It will add some density to that part of downtown.

Hopefully the Civic Center remodel will spark some modern architecture in the city.

NCWV's Monongahela Valley Bank is in serious expansion mode. This is the second new construction in the state they have undertaken this year. They're building another one in the Sabraton area of Morgantown too. This is good news for both areas.
