Yes, I checked and it is the PSD in Marshall County for the Mount Olivet/Sherrard area that draws water via an aquifer in McMechen, not Wheeling. I don't doubt what you are saying... not in the slightest, but it just bothers me that if I were to drink tap water, even here in Morgantown, it would be former sewer water in Fairmont and Clarksburg. I'm sticking with the bottled (Spring Water) variety.
