I own two homes in the Gauley Bridge area. Both were purchased with cash and nothing owed on either. I had my family in one and my parents in the other. Do to husband dying and father dying and mother getting older I feel it is time to merge both households. I can rent one rather quickly and the second home needs a few repairs before I could rent but am looking to sell it possibly next month. I want to buy a home in the Bluefield area my girls will be in college soon about 2 years and this puts us in the area of their schooling and allows for time to learn the area before those changes occur. I never financed the first two homes so I really don't know what to do at this point. I want to finance this home and either use the other homes as collateral or find what options I have. Any info would be helpful. Thanks
