Sounds like nice improvements. But i think I speak for a lot of parents in the county, that it's frustrating to have a 2nd straight summer without use of the park and wave pool. I guess we will be making more trips to Cincinnati this summer.

I think it's safe to assume that we will soon see another stop light installed on route 34, at the Valley Park entrance. I know the expansion of the park is important to the Valley area and to the county but a light will only make the traffic around here that much worse. A big part of that problem is all of the inconsiderate drivers who drive 25-30 mph in a 45 mph zone.

It would be nice to see at least one of the older hotel properties at the Hurricane exit redeveloped into a nicer property and attraction.

However I think it would make more sense to build a new hotel at the Teays Valley exit, on the other side of the BP station on route 34 and the existing Holiday Inn.
