Looking for an Apartment near by University of Charleston
Hello everyone,
I just got accepted into University of Charleston and I am from Horsham, Pennsylvania. I have no clear of where to begin and I'm having a hard time locating apartments online. I was wondering, if anyone could suggest any professional movers they have used in the past and recommend any towns or apartments that I should be looking into. So far, I have come across Roxalana Apts which seems pretty nice online and is located in Dunbar which isn't too far from school and that's about it. I am interested in a town that is not too far from Charleston and is a matter of driving 15 to 30 min to school.
Please help me!!!

Roxalana is OK but if you want to live in Charleston check out 1210 Quarrier. It's pricey($800+ +utilities) but spaceous luxurious, well kept, in a good part of town and withing walking distance from major downtown attractions. I lived there and loved it. Kanawha city appartments on MacCorkle is another option- very cheap(400 or something like that), basic appartments, no fireplaces and hardwood floors like on Quarrier st, close to UC

Hi walkinfaith2011, I checked Charleston Gazette when looked for an appartment. I know there are some good appartments near the Capitol, Quarrier, Virginia, Brooks streets. Try to drive down these streets slowly and look around. U'll find some I'm sure.
Lorann, it's 1210 Quarrier. Drive by, the number is on the sign.
