I too used to think Bigfoot was a total joke, only fruitcakes would believe in that. However, I've come across a few things which has perhaps opened my mind, at least to the possibility. The two things which made me consider the idea that Sasquatch may be an undiscovered primate are the book by Dr. Jeffery Meldrum's book "Sasquatch:Legend Meets Science", and the website Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization . This site and book look at the mystery from a scientific angle and it has at least opened my mind to the possibility. What's the point of scientific investigation and curiosity if we believe that man has discovered everything that is out there? There is nothing worse for scientific discovery than a closed mind.

The story and video seems to have gone viral as it is all over the internet and some news outlets now. It's sharing the limelight with the video of Touchdown Jesus being struck by lightening and burned to the ground.
