I got a new job in south Charlotte area. We are planning move there soon with my family from Boston, MA. I am interested to get suggestions and advice from you guys where to move considering the best school district, less crime, affordable house (250,000-300,000) in nice familiy neighbourhood, biotech job availability. I am open to 30 min commute.

Would appreciate any help/input in this matter. We do not know anybody personally there.

Thanks so much

Huntersville, Davidson, Concord, Kannapolis are all nice towns on the north side of Charlotte with good schools and close to the new Biotech research campus in Kannapolis.

Could you be more specific about what you want to know about biotech?
