Hi all,
I live in Charlotte in the University Area and I'm moving from an apartment complex that bundles your electricity and water into a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with separate utility bills. It is approximately 1250 square feet. I was just curious what i could expect as far as electricity and water bills. Right now, we have an allowance of $130 for electricity and $30 for water in a four bedroom 1500 square foot town-home and i have only gone over the electricity once during the heat of August(before the Duke rate increase). Me and one of my new roommates are heavy computer users but compensate by turning everything else off to balance out electricity usage. I guess i would consider myself an slightly above average energy user who is smart about it and conserves when possible. What can I expect?

Thanks

I have 1900 sq. feet and keep the ac at 76/77 $100 per month. Water (we have a home so we water the grass 2-3 times per month for 1 hr each)-$35 month.
