Eastland: Bring a weapon and a bulletproof vest
Cotswold: Nice
Starmount: Little Mexico
South End: Historic/nice, some bad neighborhoods close by
Dilworth": close to and similar to South End
Steele Creek: Just moved from that area due to crime issues, som will disagree
Myers Park: Beautiful
Plaza Midwood: Revitalization
Derita: Not too good mostly
NoDa: Trendy, but really rough hood nearby
Sedgefield: Not far from Dilworth/South End, mixed bag
SouthPark: Yuppies
Huntersville: Nice
University City: ok, crime is an issue
Matthews: Mostly ok
Pineville: depends on what part
Concord: Stay the heck away when there is a race
