Anyone know of any short-term furnished condo, townhouse or apartment rentals? I have some folks building a house in the area and will need a furnished rental probably from July/August to Nov/Dec. Any good rental companies in the area I can set them up with? I'm in residential real estate sales - but don't know much about rentals or the rental market.

Cheswyck at Ballantyne. VERY nice apartment community! We stayed there while our house was being built.
