Isn't that so annoying? I don't understand why they keep doing that. The parks department also laid off 9 parks employees, including all but 2 (I think) environmental educators just a couple of weeks ago. Now they have an opening for a full time environmental educator at Latta.

I think they just do it so they can hire better qualified people at lower salaries. It's a dirty game!

In the area, you can look at the Iredell-Statesville school system, the Mooresville Graded school district, Lincoln County schools (eastern portion), Catawba County schools (southeastern portion), Rowan County schools (western portion), Charlotte-Mecklenburg schools (as others have written), Pine Lake Prep, Statesville Christian, etc. for starters.

Good luck in your search!

That's not how it always works. The positions are only available for a short period of time--usually one week. It is then taken off the site. Some positions are reposted, as was the case with some vacancies I applied for. Getting into CMS can be very tough...expect 100-200 people to apply for every position. Your application is in the mercy of recruiters, who then send them on to administrators when they see you are fit for the job.
