Huntersville (military, apartment complex, leasing)

Im getting ready to move down that way and I keep getting told Huntersville is a great area, so has anyone had any expiriences with The Landings Apartments in Huntersville?

The landings is probably the best for the money they are chaging. I do not live there but it is a excelent location for convience to shopping, interstate access and safe location. I am building a photo guide of the area and I will try to get photos of these soon.

Do you know when you are moving? They are building a brand new apartment complex at Rosedale and they look like they may be completed by this fall. They have a leasing number sign if you want I can write it down so you can call and see what the rates will be.

Sunny, in case you missed it, theraven is an active duty soldier looking to move here to attend Johnson an Wales when he finishes his tour of duty. I for one appreciate you taking the time to help him find a safe place for his family

I don't know about those apartments, but Huntersville to Johnson & Wales is a very good and manageable commute. I pass J&W on my way to work every morning

Rosedale would be a great location since it's right off 77.

The Landing

The reason I like these is it ideal location within walking distance or short driving distance to birkdale village a popular shopping area. It also around the corner from a park and ride (express bus to uptown) and 2 lights down from the interstate but it is set back in a wooded lot buffer from highway noise and rift raft.






Here is photos of that new complex being built at Rosedale Shopping area off exit 23. It appears they will have alot of units considering I least counted about 8 if not more different structures and I think I saw a clubhouse and possible pool. Rosdale is a cute shopping center with a few restaurants and bar and first time I have seen two grocery stores across street from each other and two pharmacies stores. You will also be near interstate and good back roads in case traffic is backed up.





I hope as a return favor when you call the above number give us the inside scoop what they are asking for these and what they will include in their amenities.

I also saw up the street from me in Cedarfield development this house for rent in case you want to explore going that route

Yep I'm sitting in it right now You can have my apt when I leave my house is ready in July

It's cheap, it's big, I haven't seen a bug, I haven't seen any crime and you can't beat the location!

Oh you get around, now you are taking pictures in my hood.

You can't beat these prices at the Landings, walking to the park and ride and Birkdale, the grocery stores, close to the 77, wood burning fireplace, I have a 2 story townhome for 675.00 I think I'm paying. They have a townhouse for 650.00 1 and a half bath. 1,000 sqft.

Colonial Properties Trust - Colonial Grand at Huntersville

I do not know how the apartment industry works but I was wondering if prices can be haggle since Im sure they need to get as many units rented. Maybe someone reading this will know but also worth a shot too.
