Can anyone recommend a great sushi restaurant. I have tried a few but have not been happy. I am craving it!

FUJO - it is downtown in the lobby of the Wachovia/Hilton building on College Street. It is really good.

You can search this forum for Sushi since it's been discussed a lot. I'd recommend Nikko or Sushi 101

I've eaten at all of them over and over.
Hands down the best yet is JADE at Ballantyne Village.

Ditto on that. But if you're looking for Nobu"esque" sushi, I haven't found it in Charlotte...yet.  |

Nikko's on South up by Morehead is still my favorite hands down and I've been to almost all mentioned on this page. Great staff too.

Nikko in ballantyne YUMMY we were just there 2 nights ago..their soup and salad is also very yummy
