Default Relocating- mint hill area or corneilius? Any pros or cons?

Looked at both areas and would like any input on one area over the other. Thanks

Like them both, so I have no preference. Cornelius is a Lake Norman community.

Depends on where you are working. The morning commute on 77 can be tough.

I just moved to Mint Hill and love it. What specifically do you want answers on? It is close enough to everything I want and I just love the area.

We are starting a new heating and cooling business and are also looking for separate house/builing with several garages to work out of.

One of my favorite Mint Hill neighborhoods is Ashe Plantation Homes there range from low 200's to the 400's.

Oakhurst is popular in Cornelius.

But I'd look in Monteith in Huntersville too.

Mint Hill is still a little more rural. sounds like you don't want a cookie cutter house since your gonna have a HVAC bussines there. Do you have school age kids?

I wont be working out of my house. I am looking to buy a seperate place to run business out of. Kids are in college and will be relocating with us.do you think mint hill maybe too rural? Thanks
