Friday & Saturday night. Go country and see a great tractor pull! Big Lick Festival Park near Oakboro. Only about 30 minutes from Charlotte. Lots of noise, lots of family friendly fun (might want to buy earplugs for the little ones), & concessions are available. Stop by and get a funnel cake!! Yummy!!
It's gallery crawl in NoDa - lots of interesting stuff going on there, usually, with gallery showings and artists selling their work on the sidewalk and the drum circle. Great people-watching!
