That's the Walden Ridge subdivision. From looking at the listings there currently you sure seem to get a lot of house for the money. The area is nice and quiet, except maybe for nearby I485, with nothing bad too close by that I can think of. I'd say it's definitely worth a looksee. Schools aren't the best, but study them on greatschools.net to see what you think for yourself. Best of luck - homes under $200,000 are hot right now
