DWI or DUI Im not sure if they are different and even though I am not an attorney fan but
An Attorney can post pone til you get a Judge on the stand who not as harsh and one that is not up
for reelection this term. If guilty is the plea I would have the friend weekly if not daily attend
AA classes and have someone sign a Sheet with their name the group name & time.
This show the judge remorse.
I am speaking being a unfortunate 3 time DWI holder during my 20's. I am 8 years sober.
The first time I would expect $500 in Attorney fees & $300-$500 for court.
