Oh this is super exciting! I grew up outside of the 10 mile radius for TMI in Harrisburg, my friends in Etters, PA always bragged about having theirs and made fun of me, but now that I'm in Lincoln county I definitely qualify.
I hope they have peppermint flavored pills, I would hesitate taking an potassium iodide pill that was cherry flavored.
This will help reduce my primary concern of getting a thyroid disease during a nuclear emergency.
Also important - distribution is Saturday, September 18th at the locations above.
Does anybody know if these have a shelf life? My parents live on Lake Norman and have some of these pills but they have had them awhile. Lucky for me...I don't have a thyroid.
