i LOVE Ayrsley and everything in it, i just which it wasnt across from Walmart and those guetto apartments by arrowood.

I wouldn't exactly call it "across from WalMart".

Honestly, we're isolated enough that I don't feel any of the surrounding areas bleed over into our neighborhood at all.

Our HOA is supposed to be putting speed bumps in the alley this coming year, so hopefully that will curb the people using it as a shortcut.

Plus, cutting through Ayrsley is not going to save anyone any time vs. Tryon. The neighborhood is not that big.
