kadams2345 is on a distinguished road
Default Hopefully moving soon! Please help

Currently I am living in Knoxville, TN and I had a job interview over the weekend that seems to be very promising. However, the position is in Salisbury. I'm looking for a place that is between Salisbury and Charlotte to live that isn't too bad of a commute to work yet not too far from the city.

I've been eyeing the University area and Concord but I'm unsure if those places would be recommended by current residents. I would rather not live somewhere where I feel like I'm in the country or afraid for my life. Can anyone lend some knowledge of the area to help figure out the best area to live in?

Thanks!

I would recommend moving the north side of Concord. You get the benefits or Concord but can avoid the traffic of South of Concord. My sis lives in Salsbury and I can see why you would not want to live there, IMHO.

You could also try north Charlotte, but you ight get a 40 minute commute, traffic goes more south than north. I would try and stay north of Poplar road and around 85 since that will be your main road.

Good luck on the job.
