Hello,

I have been checking out this forum for awhile and I will like some information regarding apartments in Ayrsley. I will be moving to Charlotte N.C in couple of weeks and will like some some reviews or advice on Gramercy Square apartments and Colonial Garden apartments.

Thanks.

Gramercy Square is a great deal for what you get. I know someone who lives here and they have had no problems. Washer/Dryer, cable and internet included in the price and the apartments are almost brand new. The bldgs are access controlled so that is nice and there are no open breezeways which is another good thing.

I have not been in the apartments, but we live right next to them. The Gramercy Square ones are maybe only a year old (if that) so it may be that they still have units in which you would be the first occupant.

We live in the Lennar townhomes in Ayrsley and we toured the Gramercy apartments right after they opened (my wife is in the business - professional curiousity). They are really nice, IMO. Nicer than the Colonial apartments. They'd be my choice if I was looking for an apartment in that area.
