It's in a good area not far from us and several nice SDs.
No reason at all to think it wouldn't be safe and it backs onto a senior housing SD. A guy we know rents in there and has no complaints, but he's a single and in his 40s.
Not sure about the number of families.
The schools would be Lake Norman elementary, Brawley Middle and Lake Norman High school.
