Default buyer broker
Does anyone have a recommendation for a buyer broker in the Charlotte area? We are looking to relocate to the area and need some assistance. I do not want a real estate agent.

I could be wrong, but I think what you're asking for is a Buyer's Agent, which is indeed a Realtor. They cost you nothing and only represent you, the buyer. Our house is on the market and I can give you our agents contact info, who represented us when we bought and now has our home listed.

I have worked with an excellent buyer's agent for the past 3 years. I will be happy to provide you with the contact info. I recommend that you get references like we did. When we blindly chose an agent, it did not work out for us.

In North Carolina a Buyer's Broker is required to be a licensed Real Estate agent.
