Hello,

Does anyone know about the candlewood townhome area? These homes are near hwy 74 and its located in east charlotte. Do you think its a nice area to live?

No , it's not a nice area. You'd come out better elsewhere. What is your rental range? Also , proximity to your job? Moving forward with this info , other options can be brought to light.

I know someone that lives there and they are not bad at all. They are pretty quiet. The neighborhood behind it is by and large a good neighborhood. It is near idelwild rd, and albemarle rd which have some problem apt complexes, but not adjacent to the bad parts of those streets. the upcoming 74 highway project will cut off direct access from 74 on glendora when completed.
