? Are you looking for some kind of special cayenne pepper? If not, it's in every grocery store.

The Fresh Market has it and many other spices in bulk. Surprisingly they are pretty inexpensive.

Any Indian Store.

1)Bombay Bazaar on South Blvd.
2)India Grocers on Polk St in Pinville (near Arby's)

They have hot, extra hot. Different levels of spiciness of Cayenne Pepper.

How to make your own:

How to Make Cayenne Pepper for Your Spice Rack | eHow.com

Give a man a fish feed him for a day, teach a man to fish you feed him for a lifetime. The third option is to keep all the fish for yourself. He's a grown man, he should know how to get his own food.
