Check out Sunnyview Circle in Matthews. Chistmas lights synchronized to Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Gary Hoey and Go Fish. Shows start every 30 minutes starting at 6:00 and ending at 10:00 weather permitting. Merry Christmas everyone.

Yes there is. Not sure of the side street's name. Just look for all the cars waiting to turn on the street.

Went to McAdenville yesterday for the first time. I was underwhelmed and so were the kids (2 teens, 1 toddler). My husband, on the other hand, was totally enthralled. It is an experience though. So I'm happy to have done it once. And it might be an annual event for us if it weren't for the distance.

Since we're in Union County, I will stick with Lake Park Lights (not sure if it's been mentioned in this thread).

Lake Park Lights

All donations go to the Union County Christmas Bureau. Last year more than $4K was raised.

We went to Zootastic in Troutman last night and had a blast! 2 miles of lights, a petting zoo/fire pit 1/2 way through and then Santa, a tiger to pet, another petting zoo, pony rides, and another marshmallow/fire pit at the end. Our one year old kept saying "WOW" from the back seat. Everyone was very nice and prices were very reasonable ($5/person). Will become a family tradition for us!

The houses off Colony Rd with all the lights is on Sherwood Forest Dr.

I haven't been yet but they were on the news last year.
