Does the Tyvola Station lot fill up fast in the morning? I thought it was supposed to be extra popular for people living in SouthPark that work downtown. I will probably be moving to Charlotte soon and will be working downtown.

Why would someone from Southpark drive all the way over to Tyvola? It would be faster to drive downtown.

No, there is plenty of parking there. My neighbor parks there every weekday. There are also a few bus options connecting to the Lynx from SP and the neighborhoods around SP.

Depending on how close you are to the mall, Sharon/Fairview intersection, the 19S bus is the better/quicker option.

Thanks!

I would choose to drive to a park/ride station instead of driving or taking the bus to downtown because there are several places along the rail line I want/need to stop at quite frequently on my way home from work.
